Join us for an engaging Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Meet & Greet designed to bring our diverse community together. This gathering creates space to build connections, share helpful resources, and strengthen support for families with exceptional family members. You’ll have the opportunity to meet your EFMP Case Liaisons and MTF Coordinator, who will be available to answer questions about the program, services, and the enrollment process.
